Ronald Frankl advises primarily in the areas of Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets, Real Estate, Blockchain & Crypto Assets and Dispute Resolution. The spectrum of his actual advisory activities naturally goes beyond this. Ronald Frankl studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna and was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2007. He began his career in a renowned Viennese commercial law firm. Before founding his own law firm, he was a name partner in another well-known Viennese corporate law firm, where he successfully built up the new Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies department in addition to heading the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets department.

Ronald Frankl is a regular speaker at renowned conferences (e.g. Munich Security Conference 2022) and universities (e.g. Vienna University of Economics and Business).

Mag. Valentin Neuser

As a business lawyer, Valentin Neuser advises companies and private individuals. His focus is on finding the best strategic, economic and legal solution for his clients. His understanding of his profession is based on the demand for the best possible relationship of trust with his clients and the highest quality in his legal work.

In addition to providing general legal advice to companies, he is increasingly active in the field of dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation) as well as foreign law.

He has decades of experience in national and international civil and arbitration proceedings and consulting and negotiation practice. With his proven expertise in foreign law matters, he has represented clients before authorities and courts with great success in the past. His clients can expect the best possible result from him.

Valentin Neuser studied at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg (first state examination) and the Université de Genève. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (second state examination). He has been admitted to the bar in Germany (RAK Berlin) since 2005 and in Austria (RAK Vienna) since 2009. Valentin Neuser has been a trained mediator since 2019.

After working in various German and Austrian corporate law firms, most recently as an equity partner in a well-known international corporate law firm in Vienna, he founded his own law firm in the fall of 2023.

Helen Steinpaß

Our office organization is in the hands of Helen Steinpaß, who has many years of experience in law firm administration. Before joining frankl neuser LEGAL, she was the office manager of t of a renowned corporate law firm in Vienna.

As office manager, Helen Steinpaß is also responsible for marketing and business development agendas and is a direct contact for our clients in administrative matters.

After completing her studies in English and German language and literature at the Humboldt University in Berlin (first state examination), she moved to Vienna in 2011 and subsequently built up her expertise in office organization during more than 13 years of professional experi-ence in corporate law firms.
